SK Esthétiques Appointment Policy
Cancellations
We require 48-hour notice for free cancellation of appointments.
Clients can cancel appointments by emailing or by calling SK Esthétiques or by leaving a voicemail if out of business hours.
Clients cancelling appointments with less than 48-hour notice will be required a deposit of service fee prior their next appointment , which is 50% of any service fee.
Late Arrivals
We ask that clients call and notify if they will be late arriving for their scheduled appointment.
If we have not been able to contact a client 20 minutes into their appointment, the client will be considered a "no show" and their spot will be reopened and made available for clients wanting to book.
Clients who arrive late for their appointments may have their services adjusted to fit the remaining time. If this happens, the full cost of the service will still apply.
No Shows
If a client does not show up for their scheduled appointments, they will be required to pay a deposit 50% of services fee in order to book future appointments at SK Esthétiques .
Clients who No Show on more than one occasion must pre-pay a deposit in full amount , for any services that they would like to schedule.
Product Returns
Product refunds will only be given for defective or damaged products. Used products are non-refundable.
Retouch Day
PMU Retouch day is five weeks sharp. No show up policy is applied for skipping a retouch day.
a 25$ fee is mandatory added to the service fee for each week after the fifth retouch week.
if one month passed after the fifth week of retouch with no show up by the client, a new set charges will apply for their next appointment.
