Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping with SK Esthetiques BeautyCub products and services. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Depending on whether the products are coming from our warehouse or the a supplier's warehouse, processing time may take 7 business days. Orders are shipped or delivered even on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our main courier is Canada post and shipping rates are displayed accordingly in shipping method. Please be mindful that delays from time to time may occur.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates inside Montreal start from $9 per piece for orders under $50 and $5 for orders over $50

Shipping rates & delivery estimates outside of Montreal start from $12 per piece for orders under $50 and $7 for orders over $50

 Shipping rates & delivery estimates will be calculated and displayed at checkout for international shipping

Shipment to postal codes:

ships to addresses within the Canada and Canadian provinces. Please note that once the package has been delivered to Canada Post the total paid is non refundable.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

SK Esthetiques is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Damages:

SK Esthetiques​ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Lost/Misplaced items:

Please note that once the package has been delivered to Canada Post the total paid is non refundable.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do ship internationally. When entering your address, please ensure that it is entered as accurately as possible to ensure that the package is mailed to that right address.

Product Returns

Product refunds will only be given for defective or damaged products. Used products are non-refundable.
